Biography

Meg Gruber, MS, OTR/L, CLC is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, Peer Mentor, and Family Support Specialist at M Street Pediatric Therapy. Meg works with children with a variety of diagnoses between ages 0-15. She utilizes Sensory Integration Theory, DIR Floortime Theory, and the Model of Human Occupation to plan and implement client-centered treatment.  When she’s not working directly with patients, Meg supports the ongoing development of staff through clinical mentorship and acts M Street’s Family Support Specialist, ensuring any families receiving private therapy services  have a dedicated space to ask questions or voice concerns at any point during their therapy process. 

Meg is  passionate about combining the tenants of service with science within the Occupational Therapy field to support parents and children become their best advocates within our healthcare and education systems. Her commitment to ensuring she is always working towards families' goals and engagement is what gives me motivation to continue to grow and learn within the field of Occupational Therapy.
