Biography

Lindsay Hoffer, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist, Feeding Specialist, and Certified Lactation Counselor at M Street Pediatric Therapy. In addition to her clinical role, Lindsay manages the development of M Street’s feeding program and is one of our Peer Mentors.

Prior to M Street, Lindsay provided services in Chicago in a variety of settings including Early Intervention, private practice, and private schools in the city. She found her passion in supporting young children and their families through Early Intervention, especially those experiencing feeding challenges. Lindsay sought out extensive mentorship and training opportunities to better understand how to help little ones on their feeding journey. Lindsay began working with a local non-profit, the Chicago Feeding Group, to provide families and other therapy providers access to affordable education around responsive feeding practices, and continues this work today. Lindsay follows a child-led, family-centered, responsive approach to services for both early feeding and language development. She believes that when relationships are prioritized, and caregivers and providers partner together, children are able to thrive and find joy in learning new skills.
