Biography

Laura Capp, PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist and Peer Mentor at M Street Pediatric Therapy. She supports infants and children with both atypical gross motor skill development and typical developmental delays.

Prior to M Street, Laura worked at a government-funded school for children with special needs in Uganda. Seeing the hardships that come when families are not able to get timely support has led to her passion for Early Intervention and supporting children and their families in infancy.

Laura is passionate about working with families in their home or a community setting to help them meet their goals for their children using family-centered and evidence-based interventions. She enjoys helping families use what they have in their everyday environment to help their children learn how to move independently and to participate with their friends and family.
